With over 20 years of extensive experience in accounting and finance, I have proven myself as a competent and dedicated professional. As the Business Owner of White Tax & Accounting, Inc., I skillfully manage 1040 Individual Returns, 1120-S Corporation Returns, and 1120 Corporation Returns, while also overseeing all Payroll reporting including: 941’s, 940’s, EFTPS Payments, State Withholding & Unemployment. My expertise includes proficiently handling Bookkeeping tasks, reconciling bank and credit card statements, and maintaining accurate Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets.
Prior to this, as Assistant Controller at Western States Mechanical Inc., I effectively managed A/P, A/R, Payroll, and W-2’s / 1099’s, while also overseeing Lien Waivers, Insurance tracking, and IT Support. Additionally, I have held positions as Collections Administrator at MIDGLEY-HUBER, INC. and as Office Manager at TMS, Inc. – Thermo Mechanical Sales Inc., where I excelled in various financial and administrative responsibilities, including Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Accounts Payable & Receivable. My skill set encompasses Tax Preparation, Payroll Processing, Payroll Taxes, Accounting, and Financial Accounting, as well as proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.
